Do you take beginners?
Yes, and they're the best clients to work with. Zero bad habits to un-teach. The trial session is designed to meet you wherever you are.
Where do you train?
Platinum Fitness, Singapore. All in-person sessions happen there. If you need another location, online/remote is an option.
Why are your prices upfront only?
Pay-as-you-go breaks consistency. If you're in, we're both in. Packs start at 15 sessions so we have a proper block to work with, not a week of trial-and-error.
How much should I expect to spend?
Tone & Strength (30 sessions at $160/session) is the most popular entry point — it's what most clients start with and keep renewing. Online Personal Coaching ($1,500 for a 16-week block) is the best value if you're self-sufficient in the gym.
Do you program nutrition too?
I'll set macro targets and eating framework, review your food log, and flag red flags. I won't write a meal plan for you — that's a dietitian's job, not mine.
What if I need to reschedule?
12h notice = free reschedule. After 9pm the night before (or within 3h of session) = $45 cancellation fee. Inside 3h of the session = session counts as completed. Emergencies are always flexible — just tell me.
Do you take duo / couples sessions?
Yes. Doubles are $199/session (split ~$100 each). It's the best per-person value and couples usually have higher consistency than solo clients.
Can I train remotely?
Yes. Remote Fitness is $99/month on Trainerize — monthly rolling, access to all my free training programs, in-app workout + basic nutrition tracking, chat support, and one 30-min Zoom call with me each month. Online Personal Coaching is a one-time $1,500 for a fully programmed 16-week block — assessment, customised plan, advanced nutrition guidance, and a 45-min Zoom call with me every week.
I have an injury / medical issue. Can you still train me?
Usually yes — programming around an issue is part of the job. If it's acute or needs clearance, I'll ask you to see a physio first and we'll work together.
How fast will I see results?
Honest answer: strength progress in 2–4 weeks, body-comp changes in 8–12 weeks, sustainable habits in 12+. Anyone promising faster is selling you something.
